Tom Horrocks is a legal management consultant and trainer with Boiled Frog Limited, with 30+ years’ experience as a solicitor, the last 17 of which were at senior management level. 

He has been partner in a high street practice, senior lecturer on the Legal Practice Course, council member then CEO of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, and director of compliance and risk management and MLRO at two volume conveyancing companies. 

He is also a published legal author, and fellow of the CMI and ILM with interests in technology–supported legal process management and outcomes–focused training and development of lawyers delivering conveyancing services in the 21st century.
